The present invention relates to an apparatus and method to form a soap apparatus having an embedded scrubbing element. In one embodiment, a scrubbing soap bar includes a scrubbing element having a filamentous network with internal void regions and a soap material that substantially surrounds the scrubbing element and at least partially fills the void regions within the scrubbing element. In another embodiment, a method includes forming a scrubbing element from a non-woven and porous material, and infiltrating the non-woven and porous material with a soap material to form the soap bar. In still another embodiment, a method includes positioning a scrubbing element in a mold configured to receive the scrubbing element, adding a soap material to the mold to form a solid bar that encapsulates the scrubbing element, and removing the solid bar from the mold.
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé pour former un appareil à savon présentant un élément de récurage intégré. Dans un mode de réalisation, un pain de savon de récurage comprend un élément de récurage présentant un réseau filamenteux pourvu de cavités internes et un matériau constitué de savon qui entoure sensiblement l'élément de récurage et remplit au moins partiellement les cavités situées dans l'élément de récurage. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un procédé selon l'invention consiste à former un élément de récurage à partir d'un matériau non-tissé et poreux et à faire pénétrer un matériau constitué de savon dans le matériau non-tissé et poreux pour former le pain de savon. En variante, un procédé selon l'invention consiste à positionner un élément de récurage dans un moule configuré pour recevoir l'élément de récurage, introduire dans le moule un matériau constitué de savon pour former un pain solide qui sert à encapsuler l'élément de récurage, et retirer le pain solide du moule.
