The present invention relates to a soft candy having superior softness when initially chewed and is resistant to adhering to the teeth, and a production method of that soft candy. In the past, soft candy had the problem of easily adhering to the teeth, and when this was attempted to be prevented, resulted in the problem of the softness of the soft candy being easily lost. The soft candy of the present invention solves these problems by having for its essential ingredients at least saccharide, vegetable oil and emulsifier, fine sucrose crystals having a crystal size of less than 30 µm as necessary, and also as necessary, initial chewing ease of 5, 000-23, 000 (g's) and/or teeth adherence of 100-1500 (g). In addition, the production method of the present invention enables production of the soft candy of the present invention. The present invention is able to provide soft candy having superior softness when initially chewed and is resistant to adhering to the teeth.

Les bonbons mous ayant une excellente mollesse en début de mastication collent beaucoup aux dents. En effet, les bonbons mous classiques collent aux dents et si on essaie d'empêcher qu'ils ne collent, c'est au détriment de leur mollesse. Pour remédier à cet inconvénient, l'invention propose des bonbons mous contenant comme ingrédients principaux des sucres, de la graisse ou de l'huile végétale, et un émulsifiant et éventuellement du glucose microcristallin dont la taille des cristaux est inférieure à 30 mu m, ayant des propriétés de mastication initiales de 5.000 à 23.000 (g.s) et/ou un pouvoir collant aux dents de 100 à 1.500 (g). On obtient ainsi des bonbons mous ayant une excellente mollesse en début de mastication et collant difficilement aux dents.
