A soft drink bottle holder for attachment to a soft drink large diameter bottle compromise: a top snap ring, a hand grip element distant from annular surface of the bottle with an integrated finger stopper supported by a web with a rib and a loose fitted body supporting ring. The holder is "slide-on" type, so lifting the bottle for putting the holder on the bottle is unnecessary. A finger stopper on a hand grip element of the bottle allowing use of a person's thumb giving the leverage for manipulating and pouring the liquid from the bottle. For the convenience of packaging and storing, the holder could be made of two pieces from thermoplastic; material. In this case the holder, before it usage, would need some simple assembly. A soft drink bottle holder is designed, so it will fit brand name and common design bottles.
