ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a soft polymer alloy which is suitable for the production of flexible moulding compositions having increased resistance to ageing and better resistance to solvents. The alloy is a soft polymer alloy of A) from 95 to 20% by weight of a graft product of a mixture of from 20 to 40 parts by weight of acrylonitrile and from 80 to 60 parts by weight of styrene, .alpha.-methyl styrene, methyl methacrylate or mixtures thereof on a particulate, highly crosslinked diene or aklyl acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter (d50) of from 0.1 to 2.0 µm, the total rubber content amounting to between 20 and 50% by weight, and B) from 5 to 80 % by weight, of a particulate, crosslinked rubber-like copolymer of an alkyl acry- late containing (based on copolymer) from 20 to 40% by weight of acrylonitrile or methyl methacrylate and having an average particle diameter (d50) of from 0.05 to 0.6 µm, a gel content of from 80 to 99% by weight (as measured in dimethyl formamide at 25°C) and a degree of swelling of from 10 to 40 (as measured in dimethyl formamide at 25°C).
