An apparatus (10) is provided for dispensing soft serve frozen confections such as ice creams and yogurts. A collapsible container (22) impervious to liquids and having one outlet (24) of sufficient size to permit extrusions of frozen confection (23) into an outlet conduit (18) is adapted to contain a frozen confection (23). A compressive force, such as may be applied by a piston (60) moved in a cylinder (46), causes extrusion of the frozen confection (23) into the outlet conduit (18). A dispensing spigot (20) is connected to the outlet conduit (18) to permit service of the frozen confection (23).
