Abstract of the Disclosure The specification describes a fabric-surfaced fiber board which comprises a low density fiber board com- position including a re-activatable binder therein and a fabric bonded thereto to form a laminate. The laminate has peripheral portions in which the fiber board composi- tion is compressed and reformed to a higher density. A process for manufacturing the fiber board is also des- cribed.
