In the present invention, a bioabsorbable implant (100) is described, which may be manufactured of bioabsorbable polymer, copolyme, polymer alloy or fiber reinforced and/or particle filled composite, and which may be pushed into a hole or drill canal made in bone, for fixing a soft tissue graft (8) into the drill hole. The implant (100) of the present invention includes an body (1) having an outer surface which comprises at least one gripping element (2) to lock the implant (100) directly into the drill hole, and at least one recess (7) for receiving soft tissue grafts (8).

La présente invention concerne un implant bioabsorbable (100) qui peut être fabriqué avec un polymère bioabsorbable, un copolymère, un alliage polymère ou un composite rempli de particules et/ou renforcé avec des fibres, et qui peut être poussé dans un trou ou un canal perforé réalisé dans un os, de manière à fixer une greffe de tissu mou (8) dans le trou perforé.
