A method for remediating drilled cuttings from a wellbore which, in certain embodiments, includes introducing drilled cuttings with oil and water to a system for remediation, the system including a thermal treatment system and a condensing system, feeding a slurry of the cuttings with oil and water to the thermal treatment system and heating the drilled cuttings therein producing heated cuttings and a stream with oil and water, discharging the heated cuttings from the thermal treatment system, feeding the stream with oil and water to a dual component separation system producing separated-out solids and a vapor with oil and water therein, feeding the vapor to a condenser system producing a liquid stream, and feeding the liquid stream to an oil/water separator apparatus producing an oil stream and a water stream.
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement des déblais de forage dans un puits de forage qui, dans certains modes de réalisation, consiste à : introduire les déblais de forage chargés d'huile et d'eau dans un système de traitement lequel comporte un système de traitement thermique et un système de condensation ; introduire la boue de déblais chargée d'huile et d'eau dans le système de traitement thermique et chauffer les déblais de forage pour obtenir des déblais chauffés ainsi qu'un courant d'huile et d'eau ; décharger les déblais de forage chauffés du système de traitement thermique ; introduire le courant d'huile et d'eau dans un système de séparation à double composant qui sépare les solides et produit une vapeur d'huile et d'eau ; introduire cette vapeur dans un système de condensation pour produire un courant liquide ; et enfin, introduire le courant liquide dans un séparateur d'huile/eau qui permet d'obtenir un courant d'huile et un courant d'eau.
