SOIL LEVELING APPARATUS WITH IMPROVED SCRAPER MEMBER Abstract of the Disclosure An improved soil leveling apparatus consisting of a scraper member (18) with an edge and a plurality of ground engaging members (20) with surfaces, the above connected by a pair of longitudinal side members (34), a hitch means (14) attached, an optional lost motion linkage (48) on the top portion of the hitch, an optional scarifier assembly (16), and a horizontal plate (250) attached to the scraper member (18) with vertical adjustment means of said plate to change the scraper member (28) from an edge to a surface and vice versa.
