ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE. A soil stabilizer comprises a front bank of four ploughs inclined at 45° to the direction of movement and a similar rear bank of ploughs. The ploughs are arranged in pairs whereof the front ploughs toss the soil/stabilizer mixture to one side where it is en- gaged by the rear plough which tosses to the other side. The ploughs are mounted on a frame which may be carried by pivotted arms on a road grader or may be mounted on ground engaging wheels.
