ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A soil stabilizer is based on a prepolymer with terminal isocyanate groups obtained by reaction of 3 polyol with a stoichiometric excess of polyisocyanate. The prepolymer is such that it forms in water a substan- tially stable dispersion of polyurea polymer particles in the presence of a surface-active product.
