The solar cell has at least one semiconductor layer arranged on a metal support and is provided with a plurality of contact tracks arranged on the semiconductor layer. A lateral projection by at least one contact track is bent around onto a reverse of the support and arranged so as to be electrically insulated from the support. Adjacently arranged solar cells are preferably interconnected by conductor tracks which have a perforated form in order to allow local contact-connections by soldering through.

L'invention concerne une cellule solaire qui présente au moins une couche en semiconducteur disposée sur un support métallique et qui est munie d'une pluralité de bandes de contact disposées sur la couche en semiconducteur. Un débordement latéral d'au moins une bande de contact est replié sur une face arrière du support et isolé électriquement par rapport au support. Les cellules solaires disposées les unes à côté des autres sont de préférence reliées entre elles par des bandes conductrices qui présentent une configuration perforée afin de permettre l'établissement de contacts locaux par un brasage traversant.
