An accessory device for a geothermal heating and cooling devices. The system controls the flow of ground loop fluid. In the winter season it takes the fluid and passes it through an indirect water heater that is heated of solar panels before the fluid flows into the heat pump. In the summer season it diverts the ground loop flow into the heat pump directly and passes it through the indirect water heater on the outlet side of the heat pump thus utilizing the solar heat in the summer storing heat into the ground. The unit is controlled by two 4 way valves that are controlled by the heat pump.
