A method and resulting device for soldering metallic structures including interconnects (36) and sealed frames (30) for solid oxide fuel cells, particularly those with multi-cell electrolyte sheets (15) , includes providing a high-temperature aluminum-containing surface-alumina-forming steel, forming an interconnect structure (36) from the steel, removing any alumina layer from a surface portion (38) of the interconnect (36) where an electrical contact is to be formed, providing a structure having a surface portion with which electrical contact is to be made by the surface portion of the interconnect (36) , and brazing the surface portion of the interconnect to the surface portion of the structure, and sealing fuel cell frames (30) by brazing.

La présente invention a trait à un procédé et un dispositif obtenu par ce procédé pour des structures métalliques comprenant des interconnexions (36) et des cadres soudés (30) pour des piles à combustibles à oxyde solide, en particulier celles qui comportent des feuilles d'électrolyte multi-cellules (15), comprenant la mise à disposition d'un acier contenant de l'aluminium formant une surface d'alumine à haute température, la création d'une structure d'interconnexion (36) à partir de l'acier, l'élimination de toute couche d'alumine d'une portion de surface (38) de l'interconnexion (36) où un contact électrique doit être formé, à disposer une structure dont une portion de surface doit être mise en contact électrique avec la portion de surface de l'interconnexion (36), et la brasure de la portion de surface de l'interconnexion à la portion de surface de la structure, et le soudage les cadres des piles à combustibles (30) par brasure.
