SOLDERING METHOD THAT EMPLOYS INERT GAS GENERATOR ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A soldering method comprising the steps of: passing an inert gas having ordinary temperature, which is generated by an inert gas generator and contains a small amount of oxygen, and hydrogen gas having ordinary temperature, which is supplied by a hydrogen gas supply means, through a catalyst container filled with and oxidizing catalyst to react the oxygen gas in said inert gas, thereby removing all or part of the oxygen gas from said inert gas; and introducing said inert gas, which was heated by the reaction into a soldering apparatus is disclosed.
