A method for preparing an acid catalyst, which comprises a step of adding a quasi-Boehmite as a binder to a hydroxide of zirconium having been subjected to a sulfation treatment and kneading the resultant product with an aqueous solution containing one or more of the metals belonging to Group VIII, or a step of preparing a one or more of the metals belonging to Group VIII carried on a hydroxide of zirconium having been subjected to a sulfation treatment, adding a quasi-Boehmite as a binder and kneading the resultant product with water, followed by molding and firing at a temperature of 550 to 800 ~ C; a solid acid catalyst prepared by said method; and a method for hydrodesulfurization isomerization of a light hydrocarbon oil using said catalyst.
Procédé servant à préparer un catalyseur acide et consistant à ajouter une quasi-boehmite en tant que liant à un hydroxyde de zirconium ayant été soumis à un traitement de sulfatation et à mélanger le produit obtenu avec une solution aqueuse contenant un ou plusieurs des métaux appartenant au Groupe VIII ou à préparer un ou plusieurs de ces métaux du Groupe VIII supportés par un hydroxyde de zirconium ayant été soumis à un traitement de sulfatation, à ajouter une quasi-boehmite en tant que liant et à mélanger le produit obtenu à de l'eau, puis à mouler ce dernier et à le cuire à une température de 550 à 800·C. Catalyseur acide solide préparé au moyen de ce procédé et procédé d'isomérisation par hydrodésulfuration d'une huile d'hydrocarbure léger au moyen de ce catalyseur.
