The invention relates to a solid dispersible and orodispersible instantly releasing pharmaceutical composition which is present in a aqueous medium in the form of particles whose shape is less than 710 µm, contains at least one type of metformin active substance and is characterised in that it comprises: a) 65-90 mass % metformin active substance possibly in the form of a salt or a combination of said metformin active substance and a hypoglycaemic active substance; b) 0.5-4 mass % binding agent or a combination of binding agents; c) 1-12 mass % disintegrator or a combination of disintegrators; d) 0-10 mass % diluting agent or a combination of diluting agents; c) 0.05-3 mass % sweetening agent or a combination of sweetening agents and f) one ore several additional excipients, the mass percentages being expressed with respect to the total mass of said composition.
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique solide dispersible et orodispersible à libération immédiate se présentant en milieu aqueux sous la forme de particules d'une taille inférieure à 710 µm, contenant au moins le principe actif metformine, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : a) de 65% à 90% en poids du principe actif metformine, éventuellement sous la forme d'un sel, ou d'une combinaison du principe actif metformine avec un principe actif hypoglycémiant ; b) de 0,5 à 4% en poids d'un agent liant ou d'une combinaison d'agents liants ; c) de 1 % à 12% en poids d'un agent désintégrant ou d'une combinaison d'agents désintégrants ; d) de 0% à 10% en poids d'un agent diluant ou d'une combinaison d'agents diluants ; e) de 0,05% à 3% en poids d'un agent édulcorant ou d'une combinaison d'agents édulcorants ; et f) un ou plusieurs excipients additionnels, les pourcentages en poids étant exprimés par rapport au poids total de ladite composition.
