The solid dispersion composition highly dissolves in water, and a concentration of the 2- benzyl-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2H-pyridazin-3-one which has dissolved is maintained for a certain time. Thus, the compound has improved absorbability in blood.
L'invention concerne une composition de dispersion solide, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient du 2-benzyl-5-(4-chlorophényl)-6-[4-(méthylthio)phényl]-2H-pyridazine-3-one, hydroxypropyl méthyl cellulose et polyoxyéthylène polyoxypropylène glycol. La composition à dispersion solide se dissout fortement dans l'eau, et une concentration du 2-benzyl-5-(4-chlorophényl)-6-[4-méthylthio)phényl]-2H-pyridazine-3-one qui s'est dissoute est maintenue pendant un certain temps.
