Furthermore, the invention relates to a product produced with this method. The method gives highly active material in a short time. A preferred use of the material is as a probiotic composition for animals and humans.

Elle concerne, de plus, un produit préparé au moyen de ce procédé. Ce dernier permet d'obtenir un matériau très actif en une durée limitée.
