The pharmaceutical formulation consists of a number of pellets that comprise a inert nucleus, a layer with the active ingredient, one or more intermediate layers that comprise at least a system of modified release, and an external layer of enteric coating. These pellets can be obtained applying the different layers by means of fluid bed coating techniques using aqueous solutions or suspensions of the components of such layers. The pharmaceutical formulations can be hard gelatine capsules or tablets and are suitable for use in the prevention and treatment of disorders related to abnormal gastric acid secretion.
La formulation pharmaceutique consiste en plusieurs pellets comprenant un noyau inerte, une couche contenant l'ingrédient actif, une ou plusieurs couches intermédiaires qui renferment au moins un système à libération modifiée ainsi qu'une couche externe gastro-résistante. Ces pellets peuvent être obtenus en appliquant les différentes couches au moyen de techniques de pelliculage en lit fluidisé utilisant des solutions aqueuses ou des suspensions des composants constituant ces couches. Les formulations pharmaceutiques peuvent prendre la forme de gélules de gélatine dure ou de comprimés et sont indiquées pour la prévention et le traitement de troubles liés à une sécrétion anormale d'acide gastrique.
