The invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical preparation containing (R)-(-)- 2-[5- (4-fluorophenyl)-3-pyridylmethylaminomethyl]chroman as an active substance and at least one sugar alcohol (e.g. mannitol, sorbitol) as a filler. Also disclosed is the production of said solid pharmaceutical preparation, which is provided with an increased shelf life also at elevated temperatures and can be used for the treatment of dyskinesia associated with Parkinson's disease.

La présente invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique solide contenant du (R) - (-) -2- [5- (4-fluorophényl) -3-pyridylméthylaminométhyl]-chromane en tant que principe actif, ainsi qu'au moins un alcool de sucre (par ex. mannitol, sorbitol) en tant que substance de charge, ainsi que la production de la préparation pharmaceutique solide. La préparation se caractérise par une stabilité au stockage élevée, même à haute température, et peut être utilisé pour traiter la dyskinésie dans le cadre de la maladie de Parkinson.
