A solid preparation which comprises (i) a pharmaceutically active ingredient, (ii) one or more water-soluble sugar alcohol selected from the group consisting of sorbitol, maltitol, reduced starch saccharide, xylitol, reduced palatinose and erythritol, and (iii) low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose having hydroxypropoxyl group contents of 7.0 to 9.9 percent by weight; which exhibits excellent buccal disintegration and dissolution and also appropriate strength.

Cette préparation solide contient: (i) un ingrédient actif sur le plan pharmaceutique, (ii) un ou plusieurs alcools de sucre hydrosolubles choisis dans le groupe composé du sorbitol, du maltitol, du saccharide d'amidon réduit, du xylitol, de la palatinose réduite et de l'érythritol et (iii) de l'hydroxypropylcellulose à faible substitution, ayant des teneurs en groupes hydroxyproproxyle comprises entre 7,0 et 9,9 pour cent en poids. Cette préparation possède d'excellentes caractéristiques de désintégration et de dissolution dans la bouche et, également, une résistance appropriée.
