A method of synthesis of a material corresponding to general formula R3 - X - H, characterised in that it comprises a material corresponding to general formula (I), being cleaved as indicated enzymatically or non-enzymatically using acid catalysis in the presence of a nucleophile; wherein R1 represents a group providing the site for exo-enzyme or acid hydrolysis; R2 represents an optional intermediate linked to a solid support; R3 represents a residue of a carbohydrate, (oligo-)saccharide, (glyco-)peptide, (glyco-)lipid or of an organic molecule which is heterocyclic and/or aromatic; X represents O, N(H), N(R"), C(O)O, S, C(O)N(H) or C(O)N(R"), R" being a non-interfering substituent; and Support represents a solid support; is disclosed.

On décrit un procédé de synthèse d'un matériau correspondant à la formule générale R?3¿ - X - H, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un matériau répondant à la formule générale (I), clivé comme indiqué, de manière enzymatique ou non enzymatique, à l'aide d'un catalyseur acide et en présence d'un nucléophile. Dans cette formule, R?1¿ représente un groupe constituant le site pour l'hydrolyse par exo-enzyme ou par acide, R?2¿ représente un intermédiaire facultatif lié à un support solide, R?3¿ représente un reste d'un hydrate de carbone, d'un (oligo-)saccharide, d'un (glyco-)peptide, d'un (glyco-)lipide ou d'une molécule organique hétérocyclique et/ou aromatique, X représente O, N(H), N(R"), C(O)O, S, C(O)N(H) ou C(O)N(R"), R" représentant un substituant non interférant, et "support" représente un support solide.
