There is no solid preparation for oral use enabling the quantitative administration of (S)-2-[3-[N-[4-(4-fluorophenoxy)benzyl]carbamoyl]-4- methoxybenzyl]butanoic acid (abbreviated as KRP-101) in performing a clinical test of KRP-101 which is expected as being capable of improving lipid metabolism in a small amount. KRP-101 is mixed with pharmaceutical fillers (an excipient, a disintegrating agent and a lubricant), granulated and tabletted and then the tablets are coated. Thus, film-coated tablets uniformly containing a trace amount of KRP-101 can be obtained and it becomes possible to quantitatively and orally administer a trace amount of KRP-101 in a clinical test.

Il n'existe pas de préparation solide destinée à l'usage par voie orale qui permette d'administrer de manière quantitative de l'acide (S)-2-[3-[4-(4-fluorophénoxy)benzyl]carbamoyl]-4-méthoxybenzyl]butanoïque (KRP-101 sous sa forme abrégée) pour effectuer un essai clinique de KRP-101 qu'on espère capable d'améliorer le métabolisme lipidique, en faible quantité. On mélange le KRP-101 avec des charges pharmaceutiques (un excipient, un délitant et un lubrifiant) puis on en forme des granulés et des comprimés qu'on enrobe ensuite. On prépare ainsi des comprimés enrobés d'une pellicule contenant de manière uniforme une quantité de KRP-101 à l'état de trace et il devient alors possible d'administrer, dans un essai clinique, de manière quantitative et par voie orale une quantité de KRP-101 à l'état de trace.
