SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE Abstract of the Disclosure This invention improves a disadvantage of a prior-art signal processing circuit of a solid-state imaging device which utilizes discontinuous scanning pulses having fixed interval times, and provides a fixed pattern noise-eliminating circuit of high performance. For this purpose, switching elements are disposed in a feedback circuit of a signal amplifier and at the output of the amplifier. In this way the fixed pattern noise is suppressed to attain a high signal-to-noise ratio.
