A solid-state imaging device comprising a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements disposed two-dimensionally and a plurality of almost semi- spherical micro-lenses for coating respective photoelectric conversion elements. A micro-lens has a multi-layer structure comprising at least a transparent resin upper layer forming at least part of an almost semi- spherical shape, and a colored lower layer provided on the photoelectric conversion element side of the transparent resin upper layer and interfaced with the transparent resin upper layer in such a form as to extend along the surface of a photoelectric conversion element, e.g., in a flat form.
L'invention porte sur un générateur d'images à semi-conducteurs comprenant plusieurs éléments photoélectriques de conversion disposés selon deux dimensions, et plusieurs microlentilles sensiblement hémisphériques surmontant lesdits éléments photoélectriques. Une microlentille présente une structure multicouche comprenant au moins une couche supérieure de résine transparente constituant au moins en partie la microlentille, et une couche inférieure colorée placée du côté faisant face à l'élément photoélectrique de ladite couche supérieure et servant d'interface, par exemple plane, entre cette dernière et l'élément photoélectrique.
