Provided is a solid support having a composition of at least one compound deposited thereon by electrostatic or controlled field deposition, wherein the compound is attached to the support. Also provided is a method of preparing the solid support by creating an electromagnetic force for attracting particles having a first charge to a surface of the solid support and contacting the surface with the charged particles, which comprise the composition, and thereby coating the surface with the composition. Further provided is a probe array comprising spatially resolved probes deposited and attached on a solid support by electrostatic or controlled field deposition. These methods, supports and arrays provide the building blocks for methods of nucleic acid amplification and for constructing apparatuses for conducting chemical processes.

L'invention porte sur un support solide dont la composition comprend au moins un composé déposé sur ce support par dépôt électrostatique ou en champ contrôlé, le composé étant ainsi lié au support. L'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation du support solide consistant à générer une force électromagnétique pour attirer des particules, dotées d'une première charge, sur une surface du support solide, à mettre en contact la surface avec les particules chargées qui comprennent la composition, puis à recouvrir la surface de cette composition. L'invention porte également sur une matrice de sondes comprenant des sondes à résolution spatiale déposées et liées sur un support solide par dépôt électrostatique ou en champ contrôlé. Ces procédés, ces supports et ces matrices forment des éléments constitutifs destinés à des méthodes d'amplification de l'acide nucléique et à la fabrication d'appareils permettant d'effectuer des processus chimiques.
