An isolated protein having at least 90 % homology with the dimeric protein having the following amino acid sequence (I) with the proviso that at the C- terminal end of the monomeric forms, 2 to 10 amino acid distance from Z2, a Cys is present for forming the dimeric or multimeric protein, Z1 is a signal peptide for protein transport to the ER and/or through the plasma membrane or NH2 or a derivative of an NH2 group such as an alkylated, or acylated derivative, or polyethylene glycol (PEG) moiety, Z2 is an amino acid residue with up to 20, in particular 10 or 8 amino acids which are selected of substantially non-hydrophobic naturally occurring amino acids or COOZ3wherein Z3 is hydrogen, a metal ion, a hydrocarbon moiety substituted or non- substituted with heteroatoms.

L'invention concerne une protéine isolée présentant au moins 90 % d'homologie avec une protéine dimérique présentant la séquence d'aminoacides (I) sous réserve que sur le terminal C des formes monomères, 2 à 10 aminoacides soient espacées de Z?2¿, une cystéine étant présente pour former la protéine multimère ou dimérique. Dans cette formule, Z?1¿ représente un peptide de signal pour le transport de la protéine vers le ER et/ou à travers la membrane plasma ou NH¿2? ou un dérivé d'un groupe NH¿2? tel qu'un dérivé alkylé ou acylé, ou une fraction de glycol polyéthylène (PEG), Z?2¿ représente un reste aminoacide comprenant jusqu'à 20 aminoacides, en particulier de 8 à 10 qui sont sélectionnés parmi des aminoacides apparaissant naturellement, sensiblement non hydrophobe ou COOZ?3¿, Z?3¿ représentant hydrogène, un ion métallique, une fraction d'hydrocarbures substituée ou non par des hétéroatomes.
