A storage solution to maintain and perfuse organs awaiting transplantation comprising (a) an isotonic balanced solution comprising a physiologically acceptable amount of potassium, mono acidic phosphate, biacidic phosphate, chloride, sodium and bicarbonate ions; (b) 50-250 mM glucose; (c) 0.2-20 mM of an alkanoyl L-carnitine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof; (d) 1- 100 mM of L-carnitine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof; (e) water is described. The storage solution can also include other components such as anti-oxidants and/or chelating agents.
L'invention concerne une solution de conservation permettant de préserver et de perfuser des organes en attente d'être transplantés. Cette solution comprend: (a) une solution isotonique équilibrée contenant une quantité physiologiquement acceptable de potassium, de phosphate monoacide, de phosphate biacide, de chlorure, de sodium et d'ions bicarbonate; (b) de 50 à 250 mM de glucose; (c) de 0,2 à 20 mM d'une alcanoyle L-carnitine ou d'un sel physiologiquement acceptable de celle-ci; (e) de l'eau. La solution de conservation selon l'invention comprend également d'autres composants, tels que des agents antioxydants et/ou des agents chélateurs.
