Sorting device, provided with an inspection unit (2), where products (3-3A) to be sorted are inspected on their acceptability, a transport system (4) feeding a product flow (5) of products (3-3A) to be sorted to the inspection unit (2), and a rejection unit (6) taking unacceptable products (3-3A) out of the product flow (5), characterized in that the inspection unit (2), at the sending side, is provided with at least two sources, more particularly light sources (17-18-32), for generating electromagnetic radiation, more particularly light (L1-L2-L3), as well as with means, making use of waveguide technology, for having the electromagnetic radition meet the products (3-3A) to be sorted, whereby these means function as an alignment system for the radiation originating from the aforementioned sources (17-18-32).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de tri comportant une unité de contrôle (2) dans laquelle les produits (3-3A) à trier subissent un contrôle permettant de déterminer s'ils peuvent être acceptés, un système de transport (4) qui conduit un flux (5) de produits (3-3A) à trier jusqu'à l'unité de contrôle (2), et une unité d'élimination (6) qui retire les produits (3-3A) non acceptés du flux de produits (5). Ce dispositif de tri se caractérise en ce que l'unité de contrôle (2) comporte, côté émission, au moins deux sources, plus particulièrement deux sources lumineuses (17-18-32), qui génèrent des rayons électromagnétiques, plus particulièrement de la lumière (L1-L2-L3), ainsi que des moyens tirant profit de la technologie des guides d'ondes et faisant en sorte que les rayons électromagnétiques entrent en contact avec les produits (3-3A) à trier, ces moyens fonctionnant en tant que système d'alignement pour les rayons partant des sources (17-18-32) susmentionnées.
