A remote annunciator system as shown in the figure in which the emission of an acoustic signal by a first annunciator (1) is detected by an acoustic signal detector (5) which causes a radio frequency transmitter (11) to transmit a radio frequency signal. A radio frequency receiver (15, 16) which receives the signal operates a second annunciator (23, 24) which is remote from the first annunciator, to cause the second annunciator to emit an audible or visual signal. Preferably, the radio frequency signal is encoded and is decoded at the receiver, and if the first annunciator can emit two different acoustic signals, the transmitted signal is encoded dependent upon which acoustic signal is emitted and the receiver decoder causes the second annunciator to emit an audible signal or a visual signal which depends on the transmitted signal encoding.
L'invention se rapporte à un système télé-avertisseur dans lequel l'émission d'un signal acoustique provenant d'un premier avertisseur (1) est détectée par un détecteur (5) de signal acoustique qui déclenche l'émission d'un signal de radiofréquence par l'émetteur de radiofréquence (11). Un récepteur (15, 16) de radiofréquence qui reçoit le signal active un second avertisseur (23, 24) situé à distance du premier afin que ce second avertisseur émette un signal audible ou visuel. De préférence, le signal de radiofréquence est codé et décodé au niveau du récepteur, et si le premier avertisseur peut émettre deux signaux acoustiques différents, le signal émis est codé en fonction du signal acoustique émis et le récepteur-décodeur déclenche au niveau du second avertisseur l'émission d'un signal audible ou d'un signal visuel en fonction du codage du signal émis.
