ABSTRACT: Sound, Sound shall monitor DBS (decibels) audio and or photosonic sensors that shall be placed on the streets and or highways to be monitored. The sound shall be coupled with scramblers, and electronic amplifiers that now work in conjunction with imaging. Imaging, shall be monitored via the sound processors, which are operating in conjunction with Graphs, produced and being screened and echoed on radar. Imaging is producing the final reference between radar and sound. All equipment is portable and can be placed inside or outside of buildings, and on that part of road or building (city) that is of importance to the Authorities. Radar, (S.I.R.) shall monitor that part of road or city area, that shall designate concern. This shall be done using transmitters and receivers, those devices that can be monitored on a radar scanner, echo, and Translators, of the kind acceptable for this application.
