The invention relates to a spacer for panes (20) of multilayer insulation glazings, particularly for use in windows, doors, or similar. Said spacer consists of a hollow profile that is filled with a moisture-absorbing material. In order to obtain a good seal with a low quantity of sealant in the peripheral bond, the spacer is provided with webs (3) which protrude from the rear wall (5) of the hollow profile. Such a web (3) delimits a space (24) for receiving a sealant along with a disk that is adjacent to said web (3). No sealant needs to be applied to the outer surface (17) of the rear wall (5).

L'invention concerne un élément pour espacer des vitres (20) de vitrages isolants multiples, notamment de fenêtres, de portes ou similaire. Cet élément d'espacement est constitué d'un profilé creux rempli d'une matière absorbant l'humidité. Selon l'invention, pour obtenir une bonne étanchéité avec une quantité réduite de matériau d'étanchéité au niveau de la liaison périphérique, cet élément d'espacement présente des nervures (3) faisant saillie par rapport à la paroi arrière (5) du profilé creux. Chacune de ces nervures (3) délimite avec la vitre (20) voisine un logement (24) destiné à contenir un matériau d'étanchéité. Grâce à cette configuration, il n'est plus nécessaire d'appliquer de matériau d'étanchéité sur la surface extérieure (17) de la paroi arrière (5).
