A plurality of ultrasound whistles (24) formed into a ceramic core (22) of a conventional spark plug (10) used in a cylinder of a gasoline combustion engine for greatly improved air fuel mixture prior to ignition. The spark plug (10) with ultrasound whistles (24) provides for increased engine performance and acceleration, improved fuel mileage, and an improved air fuel mixture thereby reducing fuel emissions into the environment. The ultrasound whistles (24) are constructed in the form of whistle holes (26). The whistle holes (26) are disposed around a circumference of the ceramic core (22) in a spaced relationship from the spark plug's electrode (20). Around the top of the small closed end whistle holes are upwardly extending lips (28). The combined structure of the whistle holes (26) and the upwardly extending lips (28) increase the speed of the air fuel mixture creating a more homogenous air fuel mixture before and during ignition in the engine cylinder.

Cette invention concerne plusieurs sifflets ultrasoniques (24) qui sont formés dans le noyau céramique (22) d'une bougie d'allumage (10) traditionnelle dans le cylindre d'un moteur à essence, et qui permettent d'améliorer sensiblement le mélange air-carburant avant l'allumage. Cette bougie (10) à sifflets ultrasoniques (24) permet d'améliorer les performances et l'accélération du moteur, de réduire la consommation au kilomètre et d'améliorer le mélange air-carburant, réduisant ainsi les émissions de carburant dans le milieu environnant. Les sifflets ultrasoniques (24) se présentent sous forme de trous sifflants (26) qui sont disposés tout autour de la circonférence du noyau céramique (22) et qui sont espacés par rapport à l'électrode (20) de la bougie. Autour du sommet des trous sifflants de petite taille et à extrémité fermée se trouvent des lèvres (28) dirigées vers la haut. La structure combinée regroupant les trous sifflants (26) et les lèvres (28) dirigées vers le haut permet d'accroître la vitesse du mélange air-carburant, et de créer un mélange air-carburant plus homogène avant et pendant l'allumage dans le cylindre du moteur.
