Disclosed is a method for producing an extract from a plant that is part of the Turneraceae family. Said method comprises the following steps: plant parts are extracted by means of an extracting agent containing water and an organic solvent selected from among methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, acetone, and mixtures thereof; the extract is concentrated into a thick extract; lipophilic substances are concentrated into a concentrate. The obtained extract is thus particularly suitable for producing a preparation, especially a medicament for the treatment of erectile dysfunctions, in particular erectile dysfunctions caused by organ-selective cGMP deficiency.
L'invention concerne la production d'un extrait d'une plante de la famille des Turneraceae, comprenant les étapes de d'extraction de fragments végétaux à l'aide d'un agent d'extaction contenant non seulement de l'eau mais aussi un solvant organique choisi parmi le méthanol, l'éthanol, le propanol, l'isopropanol, l'acétone et leurs mélanges, puis de réduction de l'extrait pour obtenir un extrait épais et enfin d'enrichissement de substances lipophiles pour obtenir un concentré.
