The invention pertains to novel phospholipid derivatives of nucleosides of the general formula (I), wherein R1 is an optionally mono- or polysubstituted, straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic radical with 9- 14 carbon atoms; R2 is an optionally mono- or polysubstituted, straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic radical with 8-12 carbon atoms; m is equal to 2 or 3; A is a methylene group or oxygen, and Nuc can be a nucleoside or a radical derived from a nucleoside derivative, and to their tautomers and their physiologically tolerable salts of inorganic and organic acids or bases. The invention also pertains to drugs containing these compounds.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés phospholipidiques de nucléosides de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R?1¿ est un radical aliphatique saturé ou insaturé, à chaîne droite ou ramifié, éventuellement mono ou polysubstitué, avec 9-14 atomes de carbone; R?2¿ est un radical aliphatique saturé ou insaturé, à chaîne droite ou ramifié, éventuellement mono ou polysubstitué, avec 8-12 atomes de carbone; m vaut 2 ou 3; A est un groupe méthylène ou un oxygène, et Nuc peut être un nucléoside ou un radical dérivé d'un dérivé nucléosidique. L'invention concerne également leurs tautomères et leurs sels physiologiquement tolérables d'acides ou de bases inorganiques et organiques. Elle se rapporte également à des médicaments contenant ces composés.
