SPHERICAL FIBROUS LUMP ACTIVATED CARBON AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME Abstract of the Disclosure Spherical fibrous lump activated carbon is disclosed, which comprises a three-dimensionally reticulated structure composed of plural fibrous activated carbons and a binder and having a void fraction of 0.35-0.85. In the production of the spherical fibrous lump activated carbon, a fibrous carbon material is granulated into a spherical fibrous lump with the use of a medium containing a binder and the thus obtained spherical fibrous lump material is dried and, if necessary, infused, carbonized and activated.
