The invention relates to a directly-compressible gastro-resistant spheroid. The inventive spheroid is characterised in that it comprises: (i) a core containing one or more active substances; (ii) a flexible, deformable film which is used directly to coat the aforementioned core and which comprises an enteric polymer and a mixture of saturated and/or unsaturated polyglycosylated glycerides, the fatty acids of which include at least 8 carbon atoms; and an outer water-dispersible layer containing at least one disintegrating agent.

La présente invention concerne un sphéroïde gastro~résistant directement compressible, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend -un noyau contenant un ou plusieurs principe(s) actif(s) directement enrobé par, -un film souple et déformable, comprenant un polymère entérique et un mélange de glycérides polyglycosylés saturés et/ou insaturés dont les acides gras comprennent au moins 8 atomes de carbone,une couche externe hydrodispersible contenant au moins un agent désintégrant.
