The invention relates to a removal device of an infusion system, with a holder part and with at least two penetrating parts protruding from the latter by different lengths, of which the shortest protruding penetrating part comprises a liquid channel, and of which the longest protruding penetrating part comprises at least an air channel. All the penetrating parts are arranged adjacent and parallel to one another. They have a shaft with a nominal cross-sectional area. Moreover, the inner cross-sectional area of the liquid channel is at least 60% of the greatest nominal cross- sectional area of the penetrating parts, at least in the region of the shaft. With the present invention, a removal device is developed which permits safe piercing of the stopper and which ensures a substantial volumetric flow rate of the liquid, while maintaining the standard dimensions.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de prélèvement (31) d'un système de perfusion (10), avec un élément de maintien (32) et au moins deux éléments piqueurs (41, 51) dépassant de l'élément de maintien sur des longueurs différentes, l'élément piqueur (41) dépassant sur la plus petite longueur comprenant un canal de liquide (46) et l'élément piqueur (51) dépassant sur la plus grande longueur comprenant au moins un canal d'air (61). Les éléments piqueurs sont tous disposés en juxtaposition et parallèlement entre eux. Ils possèdent un corps (42, 52) ayant une superficie de section nominale. De plus, au moins dans la région du corps, la superficie de section intérieure du canal de liquide est égale à au moins 60% de la superficie de section nominale maximale des éléments piqueurs. L'invention fournit un dispositif de prélèvement qui permet d'obtenir, en respectant les dimensions normalisées, un percement fiable du bouchon et un débit volumique de liquide élevé.
