Embodiments of the invention include a spinal interbody replacement device for supporting vertebrae. The device may define a superior bearing surface and an opposite inferior hearing surface, wherein the superior hearing surface defines a convexly curved profile between the anterior and posterior sides and the inferior bearing surface defines a planar profile between the anterior and posterior sides.
