ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Spinal support is disclosed, particularly for use in first aid treatment of victims of spinal injuries. The support is of the type of an inflatable bag to which the victim is secured to immobilize his or her spine during transportation to hospital or the like. The bottom shell of the bag has longitudinal reinforcement ribs to facilitate the handling of the injured with the support attached.
