According to an aspect of the invention, a spine stabilization device is provided, the spine stabilization device comprising an interbody spacer shaped to be inserted between a vertebral body of an upper vertebra and a vertebral body of a low-er vertebra, and comprising a top surface oriented towards the lower endplate of the vertebral body of the upper vertebra and a bottom surface oriented towards the upper endplate of the vertebral body of the lower vertebra; and a fixation device to be inserted after placement of the interbody spacer, the fixation device comprising a support portion securing the interbody spacer against es-caping from between the vertebral bodies of the upper and lower vertebra into a ventral direction, the support portion shaped to rest against a portion of an anterior surface of the interbody spacer, and further comprising an anchor, the anchor comprising an anchoring material portion that is configured to be inserted, in a liquid state, into cancellous bone tissue of at least one of the ver-tebral body of the upper vertebra and of the vertebral body of the lower vertebra, to thereby infiltrate the cancellous bone tissue, and to harden thereafter so as to fix the support portion to the vertebral body.
Selon un aspect, la présente invention concerne un dispositif de stabilisation rachidienne, le dispositif de stabilisation rachidienne comportant un espaceur intersomatique configuré pour être inséré entre un corps vertébral d'une vertèbre supérieure et un corps vertébral d'une vertèbre inférieure, et comportant une surface supérieure orientée vers le plateau d'extrémité inférieur du corps vertébral de la vertèbre supérieure et une surface inférieure orientée vers le plateau d'extrémité supérieur du corps vertébral de la vertèbre inférieure; et un dispositif de fixation destiné à être inséré après le placement de l'espaceur intersomatique, le dispositif de fixation comprenant une partie de support immobilisant l'espaceur intersomatique contre un glissement entre les corps vertébraux supérieur et inférieur dans une direction ventrale, la partie de support étant configurée pour être en appui contre une partie d'une surface antérieure de l'espaceur intersomatique, et comprenant également un ancrage, l'ancrage comportant une partie de matériau d'ancrage qui est configurée pour être insérée, à l'état liquide, dans le tissu osseux spongieux d'au moins un parmi le corps vertébral de la vertèbre supérieure et le corps vertébral de la vertèbre inférieure, pour s'infiltrer dans le tissu osseux spongieux, et pour se durcir ultérieurement afin de fixer la partie de support au corps vertébral.
