In a preferred embodiment an apparatus, comprising: a body (50); a right hand nut half (52) fixedly disposed in said body; a left hand nut half (54) disposed in said body and moveable towards said right hand nut half; a pusher (60) pressing against a distal end of said left hand nut half; said pusher causing said left hand nut half to move toward said right hand nut half.
