This invention concerns spiro azepane-ox-azolidinones as voltage gated Kvl.3 potassium channel blockers, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, methods for preparing the compounds, methods for preparing novel intermediates useful for their synthesis, and methods for preparing compositions. The invention also relates to the uses of such compounds and compositions, particularly their use in administering them to patients to achieve a therapeutic effect in the treatment of diabetes, psoriasis, obesity, transplant rejection and inflammatory neuropathies, including T-cell mediated autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis. The compounds have formula (1): wherein the symbols have the meanings given in the specification.
La présente invention concerne des spiro-azépane-oxazolidinones au titre d'agents bloquants du canal potassique Kv1.3 voltage-dépendant, les compositions pharmaceutiques les incluant, des méthodes permettant leur synthèse, des méthodes de synthèse de nouveaux intermédiaires pouvant être employés dans leur synthèse et des méthodes d'élaboration desdites compositions. La présente invention concerne également les applications de tels composés et compositions, en particulier leur emploi dans l'administration à des patients pour obtenir un effet thérapeutique dans le traitement du diabète, du psoriasis, de l'obésité, du rejet de greffon et des neuropathies inflammatoires, y compris les maladies auto-immunes faisant intervenir les cellules T comme la polyarthrite rhumatoïde et la sclérose en plaques.
