A compound represented by the formula (I) or a salt thereof: wherein E represents a cyclic group which may be substituted; D represents a carbonyl or sulfonyl group; A represents CH or N; the ring P represents a 5- to 7-membered ring which may be further substituted; the ring Q represents a 5- to 7- membered non-aromatic ring which may be further substituted; and the ring R represents a 5- to 7-membered non-aromatic ring which may be further substituted and which may be condensed. The compound has an ACC-inhibitory effect, is useful for the prevention/treatment of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipemia, heart failure, diabetic complication, metabolic syndrome, sarcopenia and the like, and is excellent with respect to pharmacological efficacy, duration of action, specificity, low toxicity and the like.

La présente invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule (I) ou un sel de celui-ci : (I) dans laquelle E représente un groupe cyclique qui peut être substitué ; D représente un groupe carbonyle ou sulfonyle ; A représente CH ou N ; le cycle P représente un cycle de 5 à 7 éléments qui peut être en outre substitué ; le cycle Q représente un cycle non aromatique de 5 à 7 éléments qui peut être en outre substitué ; et le cycle R représente un cycle non aromatique de 5 à 7 éléments qui peut en outre être substitué et qui peut être condensé. Le composé présente un effet inhibiteur de l~ACC, est utile pour la prévention/le traitement de l'obésité, du diabète, de l'hypertension, de l'hyperlipémie, de l~insuffisance cardiaque, de la complication diabétique, du syndrome métabolique, de la sarcopénie et analogue, et est excellent en ce qui concerne l'efficacité pharmacologique, la durée d'action, la spécificité, la faible toxicité et analogue.
