TITLE: "SPIROKETALINS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS" APPLICANT: ROECAR HOLDINGS (NETHERLANDS ANTILLES) NV ABSTRACT The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composi- tion, primarily for the treatment of inflammatory condi- tions, including benign prostata hypertrophy, the composi- tion containing a spiroketalin such as diosgenyl-.beta.-D- glycoside or hecogenyl-.beta.-D-glycoside. A unit dosage form is provided which contains between 0,3 and 0,75 mgm of the spiroketalin.
