2132749 9318957 PCTABS00025 The invention relates to a splash guard (7) for a tracked vehicle, the tracked vehicle comprising a track unit (1, 2, 3), which comprises a frame (1), a track wheel (3), possible auxiliary wheels (11) and a track (2), the splash guard (7) being disposed in the immediate vicinity of the track (2) and attached to the track unit (1, 2, 3) by means of a support (5, 5a). The splash guard comprises, on the side facing the track (2), preferably two slide rails (8, 8a) extending in the longitudinal direction of the track (2) i.e. the splash guard (7). The track (2) is fitted to slide against the slide rails (8, 8a) as the splash guard (7) touches the track (2) due to the up and down motions of the track unit (1, 2, 3) during travel.
