The invention relates to a splice plate which is used to connect two cable tray sections, whereby each section comprises longitudinal warp wires and transverse weft wires (24). The inventive splice plate comprises: an elongated base (2); a lateral flange, known as the upper flange (4), which extends essentially perpendicularly to the base (2) from a first longitudinal edge of same; and a lateral flange, known as the lower flange (6), which extends essentially perpendicularly to the base (2) from the longitudinal edge opposite the first longitudinal edge. Each of the two flanges (4, 6) is equipped with a notch (8, 14) that opens at the free edge of the corresponding flange (4, 6), said two notches (8, 14) being disposed facing one another. The upper lateral flange (4) comprises coupling means (12) on either side of the notch (8), which are intended to co-operate with a warp wire (26) of a cable tray section (20).

Cette éclisse est destinée au raccordement de deux tronçons de chemin de câbles. Chaque tronçon comporte des fils de chaîne longitudinaux et des fils de trame (24) transversaux. Cette éclisse comporte : - un fond (2) allongé, - une aile latérale dite aile supérieure (4) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement au fond (2) à partir d'un premier bord longitudinal de celui-ci ainsi que - une aile latérale dite aile inférieure (6) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement au fond (2) à partir du bord longitudinal opposé au premier bord longitudinal. Chacune des deux ailes (4, 6) présente une encoche (8, 14) débouchant dans le bord libre de l'aile correspondante (4, 6), les deux encoches (8, 14) se faisant face. L'aile latérale supérieure (4) comporte de part et d'autre de son encoche (8) des moyens d'accrochage (12) destinés à coopérer avec un fil de chaîne (26) d'un tronçon (20) de chemin de câbles.
