A split frame display sign is disclosed that allows the information contained on the sign to be changed easily so that changing the sign information several times each day is practical. The sign can be viewed from both sides, and is lightweight and so manually portable and easily placed into position. Interchangeable sign boards are employed which simply slide through a vertical gap in the sign frame, to be engaged by horizontal support channels. The sign is easier to move and to change than those in the prior art, and the improved ease of changing; the sign will allow for changing the sign more often to keep or re-capture audience attention which might otherwise be lost if the sign were more difficult to change, thus being changed less often.
