Sports shoe for the sliding sports, made with an external sole (11) capable of being attached to a sliding unit (30) and consisting of a boot upper (10) with a rigid rear section (12) to which a device (13) is attached on the side, designed to surround the lower leg of the user and extending upwards from its attachment on the side (14), the device (13) being capable of pivoting backwards around its side attachment (14) in opposition to the energized means of return (15) interposed between the said device (13) and the boot upper (10), characterized by the means of return (15) with a somewhat semi-circular upper arm, anchored on the side by each of its ends (19) on the device, and a lower part (16, 17) attached to the upper arm and abutting on a lower edge (21) of the boot upper (10).
